  • Most recent roles have included managing both AR and AP
  • Typically roles include helping businesses improve failing processes and procedures whilst improving efficiencies
  • Also happy to undertake caretaking roles looking after teams in times of long term sickness or maternity cover
  • Has project managed system implementations of scanning & electronic invoice approval software and assisted organisations in mergers and acquisitions to re-engineer processes to cater for increased volume processing. With forward planning, intimate attention to detail and an underlying ethos of continuous improvement and efficiency has significantly improved payment processing times whilst reducing costs
  • Re-engineered financial processes and procedures, producing process flows detailing the ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ states.  Has updated corporate governance, Financial Instruction Manuals (FIM), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and other policy documents to reflect changes to new ways of working. Has written training material and used these to deliver new policies and procedures to the end users
