Accounts Assistant - Rugby
£20,000 - £23,000 + Pension, Healthcare, Life Assurance and Free Parking

Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity to gain greater exposure to Management Accounting activities in a supportive environment?

Wallis Lynch are supporting our Rugby based client in their quest to appoint an Accounts Assistant to join their expanding finance function. Working directly for an established Finance Manager who has a very supportive style of man-management you will be actively involved in all aspects of the monthly accounting activities. Typically you will be involved in:-

  • Supporting in the preparation of Monthly Management Accounts, providing timely and accurate reporting to the parent company
  • Balance Sheet Reconciliation's, including inter-company accounts
  • All aspects of the Accounts Payable and Receivables ledgers
  • Reconciliation of he company bank accounts
  • Credit Control
  • Cash flow forecasting
  • EC Sales and VAT returns

As the ideal candidate you will have previous experience of working in a busy, hands on finance department and thrive on working in a varied and supportive working culture. Previous experience of using MS Excel to a Pivot/Look up level is ideal as would be any exposure to using Access Dimensions.
