Accounts Assistant - Hinckley
£16,000 - £17,500pa

Wallis Lynch are currently working with an SME based in the Hinckley region to appoint a trainee Accounts Assistant to support the Finance Manager.

This will be a very hands on role where the successor will benefit from a very close mentorship from the experienced Finance Manager. Typically you will gain exposure to all aspects of the finance function, getting a chance to assist with purchase ledger, sales ledger, reconciliation's, credit control and other finance administration based duties as required.

This role would suit a bright and enthusiastic team player with good customer service skills and commercial awareness. Good Excel skills and experience of using Sage would be advantageous. The Finance Manager is willing to invest time into developing you, being part of a small close knit team you will gain exposure to aspect of finance that perhaps you don't always have the exposure to in a larger environment.

Being a small team, attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved will be key. Previous experience of course would be advantageous but consideration will be given to those without as training will be provided for the right candidate.
