Wallis Lynch are working with a small Rugby based business to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their team.In this role of Accounts Assistant you will be reporting to the supportive Managing Director.
You will take on various accounting responsibilities such as VAT returns, bank reconciliation's, sales ledger and purchase ledger duties and Payroll. The payroll element of your role will account for 1-2 days of your week, the remainder of your time you will be supporting the wider business with finance administration such as the finance duties listed previously.
As the successful candidate, you will have some experience of accounts experience as well as having a proven track record in payroll preparation. You must also have excellent communication skills in order to effectively liaise with staff and customers alike.
In return we are offering you a salary of £18,000 - £21,000, AAT study sponsorship, on the job system training, and the chance to work in a fantastic SME. This is a full time 9-5 position with an hour for lunch.
