Our client is looking for an Accounts Assistant to work with their Finance Director to bring the company from success to success.
This role involves credit control (building relationships is key), raising purchase orders, responsibility for the nominal ledger, recharge and calculations, as well as expenses, banking and reconciliation. Occasional assistance with administrative tasks, including answering calls and assisting with reception/visiting customers may be required
The ideal candidate will be conversant with SAGE 50 accounts, you will be happy to assist with sales and board reports, enjoy VAT return preparation and you hold a good level of excel.
In order to qualify for this position you will have a good level of general education, studying towards AAT or be qualified would be advantageous but not essential.
In return we are offering you a salary of between £20,000- £23,000, a performance bonus, company pension scheme, 25 days annual leave, healthcare scheme, and an informal dress code.
