Wallis Lynch are working in partnership with our Leamington based client to recruit two Customer Service Co-ordinator's to join their growing team.
The role will be on a temporary to permanent basis, 12 weeks temporary converting to permanent for the successful candidate.
The role will include receiving calls/emails as the first point of call on the maintenance helpdesk.This will then transfer to logging calls onto the system and deploying either an Engineer or a Supply Partner to execute works.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a similar role, ideally maintenance, have great communication skills and be able to work from their own initiative
In return the client is offering a competitive salary, £16,000-£19,000 per annum, free parking and the opportunity to work in a progressive role for a thriving business who are going to treble in size over the next 12 months.
