We have the role for you! Here at Wallis lynch we are working with a client based in Leamington who we have a long established relationship with to recruit a Delegate Sales Associate to join their ever flourishing team.

In this role you will report into the Sales Director with a dotted line responsibility to the CEO.
You will build and develop relationships with new and existing connections, ensuring that you deliver a set number of sales each event in the calendar.
As a Delegate Sales Associate you will be comfortable talking with senior level executives over the telephone and capable of building new relationships. You will be expected to keep apace of trends and developments in the industry whilst being aware of broader organisational challenges.
Your duties will include telesales to existing and potential delegates, researching and keeping up-to-date with relevant industries, developing and maintaining existing relationships with clients and colleagues, identifying and developing new growth opportunities, attending events across Europe & USA, dealing with enquiries both on the telephone & via email correspondence, maintaining and updating the company database, collating and producing detailed plans and reports as required, liaise and attend meetings with other company functions, communicate regularly with colleagues to aid business and organisational development.
As the ideal candidate for this role you will be degree educated. It is preferable but not vital that you degree is related to Business or Marketing. You will have the ability to work independently and also as part of a team, and you will be target driven. Excellent communication skills are a must. This is a role which offers occasional international travel to professional events so you should be flexible to do so.
In return we are offering you a salary of £20,000 - £25,000 (dependent upon experience) + uncapped commission (OTE £25-30K), the opportunity to work within a fantastic team who are all driven to succeed, international travel opportunities, the offices are in a great location, not to mention the free parking!
