Are you looking to work for a corporate business with a strong brand in a Finance Manager capacity? Wallis Lynch are working in partnership with a long standing client to recruit a CIMA/ACCA qualified Finance Business Partner to support key operational business areas based from Leamington Spa. You will be providing management accounting and financial analysis across 3 large business units from month end accounting responsibility alongside overhead and budget management forging strong working relationships with budget holders. You will need to partner your business areas to ensure they are fully supported and effectively guided from a finance perspective. This is a varied and challenging role partnering the non finance managers to add value to their business areas whilst ensuring their monthly, quarterly and annual accounts are properly prepared and reported to time scales. You will need intermediate/advanced excel skills alongside the ability to pick up new systems quickly and with ease. This can be a pressurised finance department and it is essential that you deliver your responsibilities to a high standard ensuring you are the go to person for finance queries by your business unit heads. You will be supported by an Assistant Accountant and have a strong team around you with many years tenure within the business.
