We are delighted to be able to offer a superb opportunity to join our Warwickshire based client in this role of Finance Manager. They are a lovely company with a very , "Employee centric" culture. Its quite a rare opportunity for roles to come up within the business as typically they have employees with 20+ years experience.
Due to a few internal restructures they now have a need to appoint an experienced, hands on finance manager. Reporting to the Finance Director and assuming responsibility for managing an experienced team of two within the finance function. The business is built on good moral ethics and strong relationships and therefore will suit if these two factors feature in your own personality traits
About the role:
Main Responsibilities will include:
·Preparation of all financial reports
·Balance sheet and P & L Reconciliations
·Management of the small finance team
·Processing the company payroll
·Accounting for CIS and PAYE
·Ensure the activities are all compliant with processes and policies
·Oversee the IT for the team
·Ensure you adopt a continuous improvement approach to all activities
Our client is open to consider you if you are either qualified or qualified by your experience. Previous experience of having working as a Finance Manager is a must but it must be as a Finance manager who has been right in the heart of getting the job done, this is not a role for someone who likes to delegate all responsibility. Previous experience of the construction industry and CIS rules would be a distinct advantage. Your technical accounting skills and ability to communicate across all levels of the business from the top down will be put to great use.
