Job Description

My client, a leading and friendly organisation based in Leamington Spa, are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a permanent basis.

Join their team of 5 in Finance, you will be required to deal with the following duties:

·Matching, batching and coding of invoices
·Entering on to the system
·Supplier statement reconciliations
·Creation and processing of supplier payment runs
·Query resolution
·Staff expenses
·Month end ledger close duties

My client is offering a competitive salary, along with potential for study support for employees wishing to progress their career further. My client has modern, bright offices, free parking and a range of other benefits. Working hours for this role are Monday - Friday 8.30am to 5pm.

You must have experience within a similar role and have intermediate Excel skills ie V-Lookups and Pivot Tables.
