Senior Management Accountant - Warwickshire
Wallis Lynch is partnering our prestigious company based in Warwickshire to appoint a Senior Management Accountant to join their Finance team. In this role you will be reporting to the supportive Financial Controller. The key focus of your role will be to fully support the entire Accounting function with a direct responsibility for a team of two Management Accountants. You will be driving, motivating and inspiring them to deliver effective management accounting routines. You will be responsible for delivering financial information, analysis and communication to the division you will be assigned to. In addition, you will be delivering accurate period reports and delivering the results to various senior stakeholders across the business and effectively communicating results to ensure business performance is fully understood. You will be working with the team to ensure the continuous automation and enhancement of reporting to drive for the efficiency of the team. Other aspects of your role will include new business reporting and regular reviews of product and customer margins.
As the ideal candidate for this role you will be a qualified Accountant with a dynamic and driven mentality. Driving the team to achieve and exceed goals through demonstrating a leadership style of management will be key to your success in this role. An advanced level of Excel would be advantageous to be considered for this Senior Management Accountant role.
