At Wallis Lynch, we have a new and exciting opportunity for a Treasury Administrator to join a team based in Coventry covering maternity cover until January 2018.

Our client is well established in the service industry, with a friendly team ready to welcome you into their offices.
In this Treasury Administrator role you will be processing the payment requests and receipts, monitoring all bank accounts and notify the financial accountant of any abnormalities, happy to manage the weekly cashflow and to liaise with investment managers. You will be given the responsibility of being the first point of contact with bank, requiring a good level of customer service. You will be monitoring the purchase ledger, and be happy to carry out other ad hoc work. You will be reporting to the supportive Financial Accountant and you will be trained on the systems on the job.

As the ideal candidate for this role, you will be able to complete work allocated by the Financial Accountant to the agreed service level agreements and to the company’s required standards, you will have an awareness of the time limits imposed by the service level agreements and clients, able to work to deadlines. Crucially, you will be proficient in MS Office. You will have excellent communication skills and good numeracy skills. You will have good planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage your own time and resources effectively. It is vital that you are good team player with a proactive and flexible approach to work.

In return we are offering you a salary of £20,000 with a 37 hours per week with flexible working hours, systems training, and you will be joining a welcoming friendly team.
